Shipping & Returns


As soon as we have received your order we will send you an order confirmation by email including your order number.

To our Swedish customers – your order will be delivered to your nearest postal service within 3-4 weeks from being ordered. All products are made upon order therefore, production can take a bit longer than expected. We use PostNord Rek Inrikes for all of our shippings in Sweden.

For all European countries, Please contact us for information of Delivery time, but approximately it will take 4-5 weeks from being ordered. We use PostNord Rek Utrikes for all deliveries within Europe. For our international costumers, please contact us for order request and shipping alternatives.

We ship Monday- Friday 7am-7pm CET with exception of Swedish National Holidays.

Please contact us if you want to do a return and we will send you a return label om e-mail that you place on the box and hand in at your local delivery service. Please note that you will bear the cost of return shipping (Swedish customers 90 kr and international customers 200 kr), deducted from your refund.

A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary.

You can return the order within 14 days of delivery if you’re not happy with the product. The product must be returned in new condition and in original packaging. If the product is damaged or used the product shall not be refunded. ITY Stockholm will make a refund of eligible returns. We will refund the product if eligible with the same payment service you paid the first time, within 7 business days.

Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. ITY Stockholm suggests you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.

If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’, to avoid any Customs charges. ITY Stockholm is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.



If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us.



For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, ITY Stockholm reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies’ administrative costs. All enquiries please contact us at
